We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our specialist woodworking team. This is an opportunity to craft exceptional high-end custom furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery with precision, care, and true craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and traditional and contemporary joinery techniques to produce custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures
- Fabricate components accurately to detailed drawings, specifications, and the highest safety and quality standards
- Operate machinery including saws, drills, sanders, and routers efficiently, safely, and with consistent precision
- Assemble finished products with meticulous attention to fit, finish, and overall quality while meeting project timelines
- Carry out thorough quality checks at every stage of fabrication to ensure durability, accuracy, and a flawless final result
- Support site-related tasks (including limited roofing, plumbing, masonry, or finishing work) when required for fully integrated projects
- Handle heavy materials safely, following correct ergonomic practice and strong team working standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and high-quality joinery, with a solid grounding in carpentry principles
- Confident and precise use of hand tools (chisels, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, measuring instruments, etc.)
- Skilled operation of power tools including drills, routers, sanders, and circular saws
- Additional construction knowledge (roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical) is advantageous
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials safely and efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on precision craftsmanship and refined finishing
- Excellent teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
