Full job description

We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and styling, lash lift, brow lamination, waxing and tinting.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, client-focused environment, providing customised eyelash treatments that boost confidence and satisfaction. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring each client receives exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and lengths
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all tools and work areas
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare advice
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences
Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques, products, and industry trends
Promote retail products related to eyelash care to enhance client results and satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in makeup application, particularly eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments (nice-to-have)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise application
Organised with good time-management skills to accommodate appointments efficiently
Professional attitude with a passion for beauty and client satisfaction
