MF Motors (Norwich) Ltd

MF Motors (Norwich) Ltd is a well-established used car dealership seeking a motivated and organised Sales Executive / Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with customers, has strong organisational skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.
Assisting customers throughout the vehicle sales process.
Providing excellent after-sales and customer aftercare support.
Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information.
Monitoring and ensuring vehicle servicing and MOT schedules are kept up to date.
Liaising with finance companies and warranty providers to process applications and documentation.
Managing daily administrative tasks and paperwork.
Supporting the sales team and contributing to the smooth running of the dealership.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Essential

Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and friendly manner.
Competent IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Desirable

Previous experience within the motor trade.
Experience in vehicle sales, customer service, or dealership administration.
Knowledge of finance and warranty processes.
