Were expanding our team at our CRS Building Supplies Glastonbury Branch and are looking for a reliable and customerfocused Internal Sales Assistant to support our trade and retail customers.
As an Internal Sales Assistant, youll be a key part of our sales team, delivering excellent customer service and helping drive branch performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales to grow within a supportive business.

Serve customers in person and over the phone

Respond to sales enquiries professionally and efficiently

Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Develop strong product knowledge to advise customers accurately

Maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised

Build positive, longterm customer relationships

Use computerbased sales systems (training provided)

Support wider branch activities, including stock control and yard support

Previous customerfacing experience (retail or sales preferred)

Friendly, confident communicator with a customerfirst approach

Team player with a proactive attitude

Comfortable handling telephone enquiries

Basic computer skills (full system training provided)
