Contract Type: 1xPermanent and 14-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full Time - 35 hours per week.
Salary: Starting from £29,909 per annum (London weighted salary) and £26,170 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience and location
Grade: 4
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

At L&Q, we believe in delivering excellent services that make a real difference. As an Invoice Clerk, you’ll be part of our busy Accounts Payable team, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly from handling invoice and cheque requisitions, to responding to supplier and colleague queries with professionalism and care.

Your impact in the role:
- Processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately
- Helping internal and external customers with payment queries
- Supporting colleagues across Accounts Payable to meet deadlines
- Working closely with your Senior Invoice Clerk and wider Finance team
What you'll bring:
- Experience working with high volumes of invoice processing
- Good numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literacy in MS Office is essential along with Excel Skills.
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience using accounting software
- Time management / planning your work schedule
