Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, but full training will be provided. Duties
- Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as supporting other team members during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols, at all times
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to create a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant roles is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
- A personable attitude with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required
