Office Administrator & Business Support Assistant
Location: Radcliffe, Greater Manchester
Hours: 25–40 hours per week

The successful candidate will initially work between 25 and 40 hours per week depending on experience, skill set and availability, with opportunities for increased responsibility and hours in the future.
The Role
This is a varied position that combines administration, customer service, office management and business development support.
No two days will be the same, and the successful candidate will be expected to assist across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Making outbound calls to customers, partners and business contacts
- General administration and data entry
- Managing emails and office correspondence
- Supporting business development activities
- Contacting local businesses and organisations to introduce our services
- Assisting with leaflet distribution and marketing campaigns
- Attending team meetings and assisting with implementation of projects
- Maintaining office organisation and cleanliness
- Carrying out a thorough office clean at least once per week
- Supporting management with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assisting with new projects and growth opportunities as they arise
Depending on your skills and experience, additional responsibilities may be offered over time.

- Full UK driving licence
