Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This unique role offers international exposure, requiring flexibility to work between the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom (Manchester) as business needs dictate.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle professional correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of senior management.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
Monitor deadlines and support effective time management for senior leadership.
Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as required.
Ensure seamless administrative support between UAE and UK operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work flexibly across different schedules and locations.
Willingness to travel and spend periods of time between the UAE and the UK (Manchester).
