Senior Energy Sales Consultant (B2B Energy)

Location: Manchester (M8)
Salary: £30,000+ Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses & Incentives

We're looking for an experienced Senior Energy Sales Consultant with a proven background in B2B business energy sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys speaking with business owners, and wants to maximise their earnings through uncapped commission.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Manchester (M8) office.

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a B2B Energy Consultant or Energy Broker
A proven track record selling business energy contracts
Experience working within an office-based sales environment
Confidence making high-volume outbound cold calls
Experience speaking with business owners and key decision-makers
Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
Resilience when dealing with rejection
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Please note: Applicants without previous B2B energy sales experience will not be considered.

Your Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through outbound cold calling
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Identify customer needs and present tailored energy solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM records
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
