Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional service. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while working in a vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and prepared for new guests
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including counters and dining spaces
Assist with setting up event spaces or special functions as required
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments
Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but training will be provided
