Junior Credit Administrator – Misco Technologies
Misco Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Finance team as a Junior Credit Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone starting their career in finance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and growing business.
Based in our newly refurbished offices within walking distance of Rushden Lakes, you’ll play an important role in supporting how we assess new customers and manage credit accounts.
No extensive experience is required – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review of new customer credit applications, ensuring all required information is collected.
- Assist in setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Help monitor customer accounts and ensure payments are received on time.
- Follow up on smaller or lower-value accounts via email or phone in a professional manner.
- Work with the wider finance and sales teams to resolve account queries.
- Update internal systems with customer and payment information.
- Assist with basic reporting and data analysis relating to customer accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- A-levels (or equivalent) – ideally including Maths, Business, or a related subject.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Basic IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
- An interest in finance, accounting, or business would be beneficial.

Working Hours & Benefits
- Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
