We’re looking for a Crew Member to join our team as an Intern and beyond!
This internship is designed to help you build confidence, consistency and employability through real hospitality experience — learning customer service, teamwork, and how to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
No experience is needed — we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Reliable and committed to showing up consistently
- Respectful, coachable, and open to feedback
- Interested in hospitality and customer experience
Responsibilities
As a Crew Member Intern, you’ll:
- Greet and support guests so they feel welcomed and looked after.
- Support service flow: seating, table resets, running items and guest needs.
- Help guests with ordering and answer questions confidently and politely.
- Keep the venue clean, stocked and organised to a premium standard.
- Learn how to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.
- Follow hygiene and safety practices and learn how standards are maintained.
- Support the team to keep service smooth and guests happy.
- Develop confidence in communication, teamwork and responsibility over time.
- If you have an interest in social media, you may also help create short-form content (TikToks/Reels) showcasing desserts, behind-the-scenes and the guest experience.
