About Dryft
At Dryft, we don’t follow the industry—we reinvent it.
Headquartered and proudly manufacturing in Sheffield, England, we’re a founder-led global design and manufacturing company creating products the world has never seen before. We don’t believe in copying what’s already on the market or making small improvements to existing ideas. We challenge convention, solve problems others can’t, and invent breakthrough technologies that redefine what’s possible.
Formerly known as Motorscrubber, we’re entering an exciting new chapter as Dryft with a bold vision to disrupt the commercial cleaning industry through relentless innovation. Our products are protected by multiple patents, exported worldwide, and trusted in hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants, retail, and countless other commercial environments.
With a team of 50+ people, you’ll be joining a business that’s large enough to make a global impact, yet small enough for every individual to make a real difference. As a privately owned, founder-led company, we move fast, make decisions quickly, and give talented people the freedom to turn ideas into reality—without layers of bureaucracy slowing things down.
Innovation isn’t a department at Dryft—it’s our culture. We launch groundbreaking new products every 6–12 months and are investing in our future with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Advanced Manufacturing Park, opening in 2028. This is an exciting time to join a growing British brand.
