Full job description

JVL Interiors is a bespoke furniture manufacturing and interior solutions company specialising in the design, production, and installation of high-quality kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, fitted furniture, and other custom interior projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Furniture Installer / Joiner to join our team on a contract basis to assist with the installation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install bespoke furniture, fitted wardrobes, kitchens, media walls, and other custom joinery products.
Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
Carry out site measurements where required.
Identify and resolve minor installation issues on site.
Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
Represent JVL Interiors professionally when interacting with clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a furniture fitter, joiner, carpenter, or kitchen installer.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Experience installing bespoke furniture and fitted joinery products.
Own tools and transport preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable and professional attitude.

Desirable

Experience with residential and commercial interior fit-outs.
CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
