Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleanup - Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with established quality and safety standards - Train and mentor catering staff on proper food handling techniques, customer service, and event setup - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and ensure efficient production of food items - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels - Maintain a clean and organized catering area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Assist with event planning and coordination, including menu selection, pricing, and logistics - Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor catering budgets and expenses to maximize profitability Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or catering industry - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization - Employee discounts on catering services If you are passionate about delivering outstanding catering experiences, have strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Catering Supervisor.
