Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Driver / AV Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering equipment, efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your technical expertise combined with excellent driving skills will ensure that all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for driving with hands-on technical work, contributing directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure optimal condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
Assist with loading and unloading items, often involving heavy lifting, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation
Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as needed, supporting technical repairs or adjustments on-site
Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules, delays, or special instructions
Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and documentation of all service activities
Support warehouse operations by organizing stock and assisting with inventory management when required

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role; commercial driving experience is highly valued
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Minimum age 25 for Insurance
Experience operating heavy vehicles or trucks used for commercial purposes
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment or supplies
Warehouse experience is a plus, especially familiarity with inventory management systems
Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and equipment handling
