Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Studio Manager to oversee daily operations on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for yoga, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for clients. This role involves managing membership growth, supporting the studio Owner, and ensuring the smooth running of the studio to promote a positive experience for all members.

This is a commision based role. Commission is based on Membership growth - basic pay of £250 per month + commission + End of year bonus

Duties

Support the Studio Owner marketing and membership growth
Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and organisation to uphold health and safety standards
Handle administrative tasks such as membership management and payment processing
Promote studio classes and workshops through social media and community engagement
Organise workshops or special events to enhance client engagement and studio visibility

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels of experience
Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: Up to £250.00 per month
