Global UK-Based Cyber Security Startup in Essex seeking a Technical Support Engineer – either at an apprentice or junior level.

This is initially an app support role, but people usually move on to development, testing, or engineering roles afterward. This is an in-office role, not a remote position, so please ensure you can travel to our Shenfield office in Essex before applying.

Your Key Responsibilities
Initial responsibilities will include the following:
- User Support: Provide technical support to users, helping them resolve functional issues and make the most of our platform.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, and get involved from a development perspective to identify and remediate issues. Escalate to the development team when required.
- User Demos: Demonstrate the platform, product features, or anything else needed by users to be able to use the product effectively.
- Working with Customer Experience: Gather and act on feedback, escalating bugs and feature requests to the relevant team.
- User Account Admin: Add licenses, update organisations, and perform other account administration tasks.
