Looking to work for a fast paced growing business that values its employees?

Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to support the existing team.

Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio.

A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 3000 properties across the UK (and growing)!

The role:

This full-time position (based at our Chelmsford Office) will be working alongside our account managers, administrators and engineers to complete general administration and sales tasks

The varied day to day tasks will include (but not be limited to):

Booking in works
Communicating with engineers
Communicating with clients
Arranging materials
General day to day office tasks

The role requires attendance to our Chelmsford Office (that requires a car to access) and is a junior administration role working alongside our existing team.

Ideal candidates will have administration experience, great customer care skills and an understanding of office tools such as Microsoft Office and cloud based CRM systems
