Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests or concerns from staff or guests promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across the facility.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the facility.
Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for assisting in kitchen areas when necessary.
