Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced dog groomer to lead and grow our grooming service.

This is a great opportunity for a groomer who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with clients, and would like the autonomy of working independently while being supported by an established business.

What we’re looking for

Professional dog grooming experience
Confidence grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
Excellent dog handling skills and a calm, positive approach
Friendly and professional with clients
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

What you’ll be doing

Full grooms, bath and tidies, puppy introductions, and deshedding treatments
Providing exceptional care for every dog
Maintaining a clean and safe grooming environment
Building positive relationships with clients and their dogs

What we offer

Flexible working arrangements
The freedom to work independently
Fully equipped grooming space with all products and equipment provided
Booking, customer enquiries, and appointment management handled for you
Support from our team, including a grooming assistant when required
Starting with approximately 4 dogs per week, with room to grow as demand increases
Average earnings approximately £20–£30+ per groom, depending on breed, coat type, and appointment value
The opportunity to help shape and grow the grooming side of the business
