Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our busy and growing dental practice.
This is an important front-of-house role, suited to someone who is naturally smiley, bubbly, alert and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a professional manner. You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, so outstanding phone etiquette, clear speech and a warm personality are essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a background in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality or healthcare. Dental experience is helpful but not essential for the right person, as training can be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients warmly and making them feel welcome
Answering phone calls in a professional, confident and helpful manner
Booking and managing appointments efficiently
Discussing treatment options, fees and finance options with patients
Supporting patients through their treatment journey
Following up enquiries and helping convert new patient leads
Using dental software, email, online forms and digital systems confidently
Working closely with dentists, nurses and the wider team
Maintaining a calm, organised and professional reception area

Comfortable discussing treatment options and costs

Experience required:
Previous reception, sales, retail, marketing, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Excellent spoken English and telephone manner essential
Strong computer and admin skills essential
Dental experience is desirable but not essential

Full Time Working hours:
Monday 08.15 - 17.30
Tuesday 08.15 - 17.30
Wednesday 08.15 - 17.30
Thursday 08.15 - 17.30
Friday 08.15 - 17.30
You will also be required to work alternate Saturday mornings. (08.45-13.00)
Salary based upon experience and ability.
