Job Description
People & Culture Coordinator
We are looking for a professional and organised People & Culture Coordinator to support all aspects of Human Resources within our hotel. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, interviewing and onboarding.

Support and advise as requested on HR policies, procedures, disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.

Coordinate payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.

Produce HR reports as requested by the General Manager.

Organise and deliver employee induction and training programmes.
-
Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices.

Support employee engagement and retention.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
-
Act as the hotel's Sustainability Ambassador, promoting environmental initiatives, supporting Accor sustainability programmes, encouraging team engagement in sustainable practices, and helping the hotel achieve its sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a People & Culture role.

Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
-
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
-
CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
