Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Previous warehouse experience and sewing skills are advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Duties

Operate various manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and uphold quality standards.
Sewing skills are considered a strong advantage, especially for roles involving fabric or textile manufacturing.
Good organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail to identify potential issues early and maintain high-quality output.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about machinery operation and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is suitable for motivated individuals eager to expand their technical expertise within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
