Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relations & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is vital in managing our organisation’s public image, fostering positive relationships with clients, and enhancing our online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with our community across various social media platforms and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in public relations and social media management within a vibrant organisation.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple social media channels to promote brand awareness and community engagement.
Monitor, respond to, and manage customer interactions on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and personalised engagement.
Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals.
Manage online reputation by addressing feedback, reviews, and inquiries proactively.
Organise virtual or live events to foster community relations and enhance brand visibility.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management, public relations, and digital marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in public relations and social media management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content creation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or native social media insights is desirable.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and staying current with digital trends. This role provides a fantastic platform for individuals passionate about building brand reputation through innovative communication strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: From £27,378.00 per year
