Essential Therapeutic Care is committed to delivering positive outcomes for our Young People by ensuring an exceptional team ethos to achieve this.
We have a new waking night position for a therapeutic Young Adults' service in Berkshire.

The salary is £14.50 per hour depending on experience. Shifts are on a rotaed basis and run from 21:45-7:15.

The role of a waking night is an important one, it requires alertness and observational skills to be sharp at all times. In addition to regular checks on the young people you will be assigned additional tasks which might include administration and laundry.

Flexibility and initiative
Emotional resilience and understanding
A positive approach to everything they do.
Previous experience working with Young People in a similar environment would be desirable but not essential as full training is given, along with the support of our in house team that bring exceptional experience and knowledge.
