We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People Team at our Head Office on a 7‑month FTC (until the end of December 2026) and play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, inclusive and engaged culture.

Reporting to the People Manager, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and managers across Head Office, providing proactive, commercially minded people advice and support. This is a brilliant opportunity to balance day‑to‑day people partnering with impactful project work, while coaching leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.

What you’ll do

Partner with Head Office leaders, providing trusted people advice across the employee lifecycle
Coach and develop line managers to build strong people management capability
Support delivery of people KPIs, including performance management, absence and retention
Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
Use people data and insight to spot trends and recommend practical solutions
Support workforce planning, organisational change and people‑focused projects
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D and Employee Experience teams to deliver joined‑up solutions

What you’ll bring

CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or qualified by experience
Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
Experience using HR systems such as Oracle (or similar)
Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
