Snappy Snaps Reading
We are looking for two friendly, reliable and motivated full-time team members to join our busy Snappy Snaps Reading store on a permanent basis.
This is a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers with everything from passport photos and photo printing to personalised gifts, canvases and business printing.
We are looking for people who learn quickly, enjoy working with customers and take pride in producing high-quality work. If you have a positive attitude, good attention to detail and confidence using Adobe Photoshop, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking passport and ID photos
- Helping customers print photos, posters and personalised gifts
- Assisting customers with our self-service kiosks
- Creating photo gifts, canvases and wall art
- Using Adobe Photoshop to prepare and edit customer orders
- Operating printing and production equipment
- Providing excellent customer service in-store
- Checking orders carefully to maintain high quality standards
- Converting old media formats such as VHS tapes and DVDs
- Supporting with general day-to-day store duties
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Interest in photography, printing or design
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability is essential
This role involves standing for long periods, working under pressure during busy times and handling multiple customer orders at once.
Hours
- Full-time permanent role
- Store opening hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Weekend work required
