Full job description

We are looking for an Order Operations & Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders, supporting revenue flow and reducing errors through high‑quality processing.

What you’ll do:

Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
Validate pricing, customer details, and required documentation
Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and correct
Manage turnaround times and prioritise urgent requests
Liaise with Sales and stakeholders to resolve queries
Correct errors and support rework where required
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

What we’re looking for:

Strong attention to detail
Experience in order processing, billing, or similar workflows
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
