As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational transformation, and support the development of scalable and efficient business operations.
The Role
The Senior Process Manager will play a critical leadership role in identifying, designing, implementing, and optimising business processes across the organisation. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, enhance service delivery, and support strategic business objectives.
This position requires an experienced professional with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Strategy and Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement organisation-wide process improvement strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, productivity, and scalability
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish governance frameworks that ensure consistency and compliance across operational activities
- Support long-term business transformation and organisational development programmes
Process Design and Optimisation
- Analyse and redesign workflows, procedures, and operational frameworks
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Introduce best practice methodologies to improve operational effectiveness
- Drive standardisation across departments and business functions
- Ensure processes remain adaptable to future business growth and change
Performance Management and Analytics
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Analyse business performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Produce detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and drive continuous optimisation
- Support strategic planning through data-driven insights and operational intelligence
Business Transformation and Project Leadership
- Lead complex process improvement and transformation projects from inception through implementation
- Manage project plans, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate workshops and process review sessions with key stakeholders
- Support organisational change management initiatives and adoption strategies
- Ensure successful delivery of business improvement programmes
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and operational teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on process management and operational excellence matters
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to teams implementing process changes
- Present business cases, recommendations, and project updates to senior management
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure business processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Maintain governance frameworks and process controls
- Support internal audits and compliance assessments
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Promote best practice governance and operational resilience across the organisation
RequirementsExperience and Skills
- Significant experience in process management, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement and transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow optimisation, and business process re-engineering
- Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and process management tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent qualification highly desirable
- Professional project management qualifications advantageous
