Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Reading, Berkshire

Salary: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour | Up to £30,160 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7.30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round-Not suitable for term-time requests

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely nursery team in Reading, Berkshire.

About You

Minimum Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
Passionate, enthusiastic, and creative in supporting children’s learning
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
Eligible to work in the UK
