Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired styles and offer professional advice on hair care and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in barbering.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
