KickFit Martial Arts is looking for former martial artists to join our Instructor and School Owner Programme.
We train you to teach the KickFit way and help launch your own successful martial arts school near where you live. (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey)
This role is designed to work alongside your current career and family life.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching children’s martial arts classes
- Building confidence and discipline in students
- Delivering the KickFit curriculum and class structure
- Managing your school professionally
- Becoming a leader within your local community
Teaching hours are typically:
2 evenings per week
Around 4 hours teaching plus 3 hours administration weekly
School locations are planned around your local area to minimise travel.
Earnings
This is a self-employed role.
Expected annual income for part-time hours:
Year 1 approximately £7,584
Year 3 approximately £18,360
Figures shown are after expenses and before tax.
This role is designed to complement your existing employment while building a long-term martial arts business in your community.

Minimum requirements:
- 3 years martial arts training OR Black Belt equivalent
- Strong attitude and professionalism
- Reliable and coachable mindset
- UK driving licence
- Ability to work 2 evenings per week

- Lack professionalism or reliability
- Cannot work well with children and families
- Have a poor attitude towards learning and development
- Want to “do their own thing” instead of following a proven system
