Sale Group specialises in delivering comprehensive mechanical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects. Renowned for our commitment to quality and safety, we manage projects ranging from mechanical installations to complex HVAC and plumbing systems.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Construction Manager to join our growing team, with projects across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Sussex.

Role Overview

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of mechanical installation projects, coordinating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple mechanical installation projects, including HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and pipework systems
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and building regulations
Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Carry out regular site visits, risk assessments, and progress reporting
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Candidate Profile

Experience: Proven track record in mechanical project management, ideally within HVAC, plumbing, commercial, or industrial installations
Qualifications: HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical contracting, MEP systems, and fit-out works
Skills: Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of Hampshire, Berkshire, or Sussex and willing to travel across these counties
