Full job description

Weatherproofing Advisors is a national Roofing, Cladding and Scaffolding company with locations in Glasgow, Newcastle, Merseyside, London, and Bristol. We are currently recruiting for the following position:

· Roofing & Maintenance Operatives for our London Branch covering the Reading area

Key Responsibilities

From refurbishment of roofs to repairing roofs, on various roof systems across various sites in the southwest.
Diagnose and carry out general building fabric maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including working at height.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Use company tablets to complete job records and site audits.
Represent the company professionally on-site at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in building maintenance.
Experience will help in some of the following, sheeting and cladding, single ply, felt, tiling but is not mandatory
An understanding of Health & Safety practices.
Ability to work as a team and manage your own workload.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
