Full job description

Client Admin / Swimming Instructor (Dual Role)

Part-Time | 22.5 Hours per Week

Key Requirements

Passion for working with children and swimming
Strong communication, organisation & customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, flexible, team-oriented
Swimming qualification desirable (training provided; STA Level 2 required if unqualified)

About the Role

Join Tadpole Swim School, delivering lessons to 1,000+ children weekly across Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire. This dual role combines customer-facing administration with hands-on swimming instruction.

Administration

Handle calls, emails & customer enquiries
Manage bookings and customer database (training provided)
Support sales and welcome new swimmers
Assist with disability swim sessions and general team support

Swimming Teaching

Deliver structured lessons to babies through to age 12
Create a safe, fun learning environment
Attend training and work towards STA Level 2 if required

Locations

Odiham, Farnham, Hook, Bagshot, Guildford, Alton, Ewshot

Hours

Wednesday: 10:30–19:00
Friday: 10:30–19:00
Sunday: 08:00–16:30

Salary

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£24.00 per hour
