Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a dedicated Contract Traffic Marshall to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing traffic on-site, ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors, and assisting with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians around the construction site. You will effectively manage site access and egress, maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance, and support the smooth flow of construction activities. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in banking and traffic marshalling, seeking a long-term position with a competitive remuneration package.

Previous experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall on construction sites
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations related to site traffic management
Ability to effectively communicate with site operatives, drivers, and visitors
Valid CSCS card and appropriate PPE
Reliable, punctual, and able to work for the long-term duration
