Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent support, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person
Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management
Conduct data entry accurately into company systems to update customer records
Utilise bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to support diverse customer needs
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to maximise sales potential

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
