You will be joining the team at Bowood Court a lovely, 59 bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch offering affordable and high-quality care.
We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Administrator to join our dedicated team in a residential and dementia care home. This is a varied and rewarding role that is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing administrative support to the management team, maintaining accurate records, liaising with residents' families and external professionals, and helping to ensure the highest standards of care are supported through efficient administration. The successful candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
We are recruiting an Administrator;
- Pay Rate: £14.33ph
- Shift Times: 09:00 - 17:30
- 40hrs per week
- Alternate weekend work required

What we are looking for;
- Excellent communication, numeric and literacy skills
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous Administration experience in Care Homes / NHS is ideal
- Positive and caring attitude (essential)
