We are a growing commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across Worcester, Malvern and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Mobile Cleaning team leader to support our operations, maintain high standards across client sites and provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning standards and wants to develop into a more senior operational role as the business continues to grow.
The Role
This is a varied position combining cleaning, supervision and cleaning support.
You will be responsible for maintaining service quality across multiple sites while supporting our cleaning teams and helping ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing holiday and sickness cover across client sites
- Carrying out cleaning duties to an exceptional standard
- Conducting quality inspections and site audits
- Supporting and training cleaning operatives
- Assisting with staff inductions and onboarding
- Supporting day-to-day operational requirements
- Reporting and helping resolve operational issues
- Maintaining excellent cleaning standards across all contracts
Working Hours
- 32 hours per week
- Worked across 4 days per week
- Monday operating hours: 2:30pm – 8:30pm
- Tuesday to Friday operating hours: 9:30am – 8:30pm
- Working days and shifts will be agreed in advance based on operational requirements
Due to the nature of providing holiday and sickness cover, flexibility is important.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent cleaner with strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards
- Is reliable, dependable and self-motivated
- Can work independently across multiple locations
- Has good communication and organisational skills
- Enjoys supporting and developing others
- Is flexible and willing to work across different client sites
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has access to their own vehicle
Previous commercial cleaning, supervisory, housekeeping or facilities management experience would be advantageous.
What We Offer
- £14.00 per hour
- Annual salary of £23,296
- Fuel allowance of up to £2,320 per year (for weeks worked)

Location
Applicants should ideally live in Worcester, Malvern or the surrounding areas due to the travel requirements of the role.
