What the role involves...

You’ll manage your own varied caseload of complex, high-value employment matters — from multi-claimant and discrimination cases to TUPE and beyond. With the autonomy to run cases end-to-end, you’ll also represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

This isn’t just about legal work. You’ll be a trusted adviser, a mentor to junior colleagues, and an influential voice within the team — helping to build capability, strengthen relationships, and drive success.

You’ll be part of a purpose-led team working closely with trade unions, making a tangible difference to people’s working lives. You’ll have the freedom to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.

Strong experience across employment law, including complex litigation
Confidence handling ET advocacy and managing cases independently
A passion for delivering outstanding client care
Proven ability to coach, guide and develop others
