Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for analysis and project management. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of our brand through effective marketing strategies.

Duties

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media.
Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on project timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare reports summarising campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Support B2B marketing initiatives by liaising with corporate clients and partners.

Requirements

Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and IT tools relevant to marketing tasks.
Experience or knowledge of project management principles is desirable.
Understanding of B2B marketing practices is advantageous.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Good organisational skills to handle various administrative tasks related to marketing projects. This role provides an excellent platform for aspiring marketers eager to gain practical experience while contributing meaningfully to our organisation's success.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
