Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
- Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette, directing calls or taking messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems such as QuickBooks or other relevant software
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain the organisation of the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and basic clerical duties
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
