HR Administrator
About Richfords
Our work is “giving people their lives back” after fire and water damage to homes and businesses. We carry out our practical and technical work, right in our customer’s homes and businesses, usually while they are present. Our work is very important to our customers suffering as a result of fire or flood events. Their normal life is put on hold and we focus on “giving you your life back” and as soon as possible.
We are a values based Company. Of all our values, being “Responsive” is the leading one and the value that will most shape your experience of working with us. It is essential that anyone joining us strongly connects with this need to be Responsive. There are no roles in the company that are not impacted by this aspect of “the work”. This is an inescapable reality. We are a 24 hour response Company with fire and flood damage events occurring at any time and can impact us outside ‘normal’ working hours of 9-5.
We offer an interesting and varied role with an opportunity to learn new skills and be a part of our supportive and energetic team.
