Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an organised and motivated Finance & HR Coordinator to join us for 20 hours per week, with hours primarily worked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-2pm.
You will act as the primary point of contact for general HR queries, providing a range of administrative services to support the effective operation of HR across the company and its employees. This will include maintaining all employee records, overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding, organising training, and tracking sickness, in addition to a range of general HR support duties.
You will also provide a level of Finance Support to the Finance & HR Manager, including completing daily cash-ups, assisting with the management of petty cash, raising invoices, and assisting with payroll.
If you have a strong background in administration, are able to multitask effectively and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook we’d love to hear from you. A Business Administration NVQ, AAT Level 2 qualification or Xero certification would be desirable but not essential.

Pay & Remuneration:
- £14.25 per hour
