Full job description

Job Type: Full-time

RIG Roseland Ltd is looking for two reliable and hardworking team members to join our busy operation in Cornwall.

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating our 3.5-ton cage collection vehicles, collecting a variety of waste streams from commercial premises and holiday homes across Cornwall and Devon.

Main responsibilities

Driving 3.5-ton cage collection vehicles throughout Cornwall and Devon.
Collecting commercial and holiday-home waste.
Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and maintaining high safety standards.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Supporting wider site operations and yard activities when required.

What we're looking for

A full UK driving licence (Category B).
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work across operational sites when required.
A reliable and punctual attitude.
The ability to undertake physically demanding work, including manual handling tasks.
Previous experience in waste management, recycling or driving roles would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
An HGV licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

Shift pattern

This position operates on a five-day working week, with shifts covering Monday to Sunday.
