About the Role
We are looking for organised, proactive individuals to join our fire and flood restoration Claims team.
This role is designed as a development pathway, with successful candidates expected to progress from Technical Claims Handler into Advanced Claims Coordinator level within approximately 6–12 months.
You will support insurance restoration claims through the full lifecycle including:
- Claim intake and triage
- Scheduling and workflow coordination
- Equipment monitoring and restoration support
- Inventory handling
- Reporting, invoicing, and claim closure
Claims Workflow Coordinator
What You’ll Do
- Load and manage claims on internal systems
- Handle inbound calls and customer updates
- Process survey documentation and subcontractor diaries
- Support workflow tracking and SLA management
- Process purchase orders and subcontractor reports
- Maintain training compliance and operational standards

Development Expectations (6–12 Months)
You will be expected to develop:
- Greater operational ownership
- Independent prioritisation and decision-making
- Commercial awareness and invoicing understanding
- Technical understanding of drying equipment and restoration processes
- Confidence managing stakeholders and suppliers
- Ability to proactively progress claims with reduced supervision
Target Progression Role – Advanced Claims Coordinator
Successful progression will lead to involvement in:
- Complex and high-value claims
- Operational claim ownership
- Interim and stand-alone invoicing
- Supplier and subcontractor management
- Complex inventory coordination
- Workflow management during peak periods
- Supporting Project Manager cover
