Full job description

We are currently seeking to appoint two inspirational and enthusiastic Facilities Lead to work in our Facilities department across both Colleges in Redhill and Selsdon.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of first-class facilities for students and staff providing a safe, secure environment for students, staff and visitors. Using specialist multi skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting and decorating.

The Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by delivering a prompt and competent repair and maintenance service. Due to the nature of this role there may be a requirement at times to work out of doors in all weathers.

The successful candidate must have:

Previous experience in a multi skilled tradesman or similar facilities role
Experience of working within a busy and demanding environment
A good knowledge of using online systems and Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook
Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent (achieved or willing to obtain)
NEBOSH qualification or currently working towards certificate is desirable
