Full job description

As a Social Media & Artist Brand Strategist, you will work directly with artists and creators to develop their brand identity, content strategy, and audience growth plans across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

You will help shape how artists present themselves online and create strategies that build engaged communities, increase visibility, and support career growth.

Responsibilities

Develop social media strategies tailored to individual artists and creators
Conduct brand audits and identify opportunities for growth
Create content pillars, content calendars, and campaign plans
Research trends, platform updates, and audience behavior
Assist artists in defining their positioning, messaging, and unique identity
Analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations
Support content ideation and storytelling development
Collaborate with clients to maintain consistency across all platforms
Stay informed about music, creator, and digital culture trends
Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions

RequirementsEssential

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media growth strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Passion for music, artists, creators, and personal branding

Bonus Points

Experience working with musicians, artists, influencers, or creator brands
Content creation experience
Understanding of paid social advertising
Graphic design or video editing skills
Experience using analytics tools and reporting platforms
