Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a good understanding of project management and analysis. Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
Support the creation of engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client pitches.
Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, and creative departments to ensure project alignment.
Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities as required.
Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and project timelines using organisational tools.
Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted outreach strategies.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Demonstrated project management experience or understanding of project workflows.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing functions is desirable.
Experience or understanding of B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
