Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in marketing, project management, and communication within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, assist with campaign execution, and contribute to the organisation’s growth through effective analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including B2B marketing campaigns.
Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management and organisational skills.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis purposes.
Contribute to social media content planning and engagement activities.
Support leadership in organising events, webinars, or promotional activities as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
Previous experience or knowledge in B2B marketing is desirable but not essential.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
